You order likes, the panel confirms, and the count on the post does not move. Panic usually follows. In most cases the cause is boring and fixable. Here is what to check in order.
Check one: is the post public?
Private accounts can still receive engagement, but the delivery reads differently. If the post is private, some panels pause delivery or the likes do not render publicly. Make the test post public.
Check two: is the link right?
The most common failure. One wrong character in the post URL and the panel delivers to the wrong target or nothing at all. Copy the link from the post itself, not from memory.
Check three: how much time has passed?
Instant services still take minutes. Drip services take hours. A drip order checked at the ten minute mark looks like failure. Read the service description for the expected completion time before judging.
Check four: is the account restricted?
An account under a temporary action block can reject incoming engagement. Instagram hides or removes it. Check your account status for blocks before blaming the panel.
Check five: the panel status itself
Panels stagger orders and sometimes a provider is down. Check the order status on the panel, not just the confirmation.
Fix and move on
When the checks fail, contact the panel support with the order ID and post link and let them see the delivery log. Most panels issue a refill or refund within a day. The fix sequence is always the same: public post, right link, right time, account status, then support.
